In the News:
Thanks to our Mentorship
volunteers on first day chilly rides.
We had a great first day of sports mentorship in partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Kamloops this week.
There was a full roster of kids and awesome volunteers to help show them around the slopes in the chilly weather.
We are a looking for some winter gear donations to help keep these kids warm. If you have some kids sized gear such as gloves, goggles and face masks we will put them to good use. Please contact our director in charge Bryan at email@example.com if you have anything to donate.
Huge thanks to our volunteers who keep this program running, Veronica, Catlin, Alec, Clarke, Stu, Celine and Aaron. We really appreciate all the hours you put in.
The 12th Annual Fall
Ball Breaks the Record!
The 12th Annual Fall Ball sold out all 150 tickets in record time!! We believe this was due to two big reasons: 1) Our headliner for this years event is the great band SHRED KELLY! and 2) we are going back to our roots at the great (yet smaller venue) of Bottoms Bar and Grill.
Now as much as we appreciate the overwhelming response from our friends and supporters for selling out so fast, we are sorry to all those who were not able to get a ticket in time. We hope to accomodate everyone and hopefully next year we will be able to extend the capacity.
For those who were lucky enough to get a ticket, it was an incredible night at this years Red Carpet Affair. The ‘Gold Ball’, black and gold full formal. Great Music, Food, Prizes, Merchandise and a ton of love with amazing people was had at Bottoms Bar & Grill. Red carpet photos were courtesy of Alpine Images Photography, check their Facebook page for your photos.
Thank you to our supporters, volunteers, board members, donaters and a big shoutout to our sponsors:

The 12th Annual
was a HIT!
What an incredible night on Nov. 9th.
The foundations shook at Bottoms Bar and Grill from all the great people, music by Shred Kelly, Djs Autumnbomb and Astroboy, and the great vibes in the air kept the place floating.
Check out our article below for full details and we hope fit in all who missed out and see everyone next year. Stay tuned for upcoming event in March, THE ANNUAL BANKED SLALOM at Sun Peaks Resort.
The Bluebird Day Fund would be nothing without an army of dedicated, hard working volunteers. They help to pull our events together which raise thousands of dollars for kids who just want to ride and play. These are just a few of our awesome volunteers we'd like to thank. For everyone else, don't worry we're coming to honour you as well. Want to nominate an awesome BDF volley?
